To create an account you need to give your name, your email, and come up with a password + username. If you have an gmail address you automatically have access to Blogger. We are going to try and build a website so here are some choices that we can pick from. Blogger, Weebly, Wix, Simplesite, Webs, Yola, Ucoz, Web starts, Moonfruit, IM creator, Zoho sites, Word Press, Google+, and Facebook. These are all free sites that we can build our websites on. Here is a chart comparing some of these services. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_free_web_hosting_services
So far I think the best choices are either Blogger, Weebly, or Word Press.
To convince your parents to let you make a blog, you have to :
1. Convince them that you can benefit from a blog
2. Tell them that blogs aren't dangerous/Show them.
3. Ask nicely.
4. Tell them reasons it could be helpful or beneficial to them.
5. Show them the blog and show them how to subscribe to it.
